in december 2015, the organization entered into a 3 year firm fixed price contract with the office of personnel management (opm) for services in connection with the combined federal campaign (cfc). The cfc is the annual workplace charity campaign for federal employees. The contract has distinct outcomes for each year. The primary outcome for the first year of the contract which ended december 31, 2016, was the development of an on-line charity application system. The primary outcome for the second year which ended december 31, 2017 was the development of the payroll deduction system, online charity lookup and charity pledging administration and maintenance.
