As a kid I was exposed to giving. We took gingerbread houses to the local battered woman's shelter in San Antonio TX. I now live in California and I have a daughter who I want to share giving acts with. This year I formed my 501-3c non profit called the Gingerbread Foundation. I am donating gingerbread houses to the local family shelter and I would like to do more next year. Please help me to do that by choosing us in our humble mission to create joy for a young person in a displaced situation during the holidays. It's the small things. We are dedicated to to alleviating the pain and suffering one might have in a homeless state. We want to raise awareness about mental health in the shelters, foster care systems and in general. It's a tough world but together we can make a difference. I am encouraged to help others and I hope you will encourage me by helping my cause.
