Grachie's members utilize its electronic platform to support care coordination through an efficient and meaningful sharing of health information to provide improved health care quality, affordability, and outcomes.

This secure computer network provides access to patient information including lab and pathology results, x-ray, mri, and other imaging reports, medication and immunization records, allergy and drug reaction history, and physician transcription reports. Patient benefits include improved safety, convenience, and collaboration among providers. For providers, the ability to share clinical information electronically helps reduce cost by eliminating unneccesary duplication of tests and procedures while providing critical patient information from one point of access.
