Mission: WNDL and it's Affiliated Teams are looking to make a strong impact in sports, entertainment and venue management. It is dedicated to recruiting and developing individuals with the skills, experience, desire and values to contribute to the continued growth and success of our organization. Together, we will transform events into experiences! These experiences will create excitement, turn heads, and make ground breaking memories, while providing a League to help young female athletes be able to continue their dream of playing basketball competively here in the United States. The winter league’s season will run from November through March where the quality of play will be high. The level of competition will be fierce and it will provide a great afternoon or evening of family fun to watch. Fans can expect a fun, family-friendly environment which will be highlighted with half-time dancers, entertainment squads and off-the-court fun, such as raffles, contests and meeting WNDL players. They will see some of the best basketball’s rising stars in high-level competition who are looking to make an impact at the next level in The WND-League.

For those who do not get the opportunity to be drafted, nor are they interested in disrupting their lives to head overseas to join a women'sBasketball team, the options were limited.... Until Now.
The WNDL is a platform to build a Women’s National Developmental League. It will develop the best women basketball players in the state, competing in a competitive league, against the best teams in: New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Philadelpia, Georgia, Florida, Milwaukee, kentucky, Ohio, Carolina and Minnesota to showcase their skills in a competitive league.
The WNDL has the potential for growth that should allow our female athletes additional opportunities to play and prosper in a sport they love. Promoting players to play at home instead of overseas.
