Programs: Generations Together has found its first home!In South Santa Cruz County, nestled in a little valley between the mountains and the ocean, lie the 7 acres which will become the first Generations Together community.Mid-Peninsula Housing Coalition (MPHC) purchased the property to develop a beautiful, affordable housing community. The Generations Together program will use 32 of the 82 units planned for the site.The neighborhood will be designed to facilitate interaction between the residents, providing plenty of opportunities for people to run into one another naturally and form the relationships which will become a cornerstone of the community.
