Diane Redington Buchta’s valiant and courageous fight against this rare form of cancer was indicative of the type of person she was and even in her passing, the GCS Foundation will continue on in her memory. As a volunteer helping with social media content, I was inspired by her selflessness and willingness to raise awareness for other women battling this disease, knowing that while her life may not be spared, the fight was not in vain. The folks at the GCS Foundation have kept Diane’s light burning brightly through her philanthropic wishes and I rate her life, her bravery and her foundation five stars, as her star shines bright in the heavens.
