Programs: Conferences, seminars, schools & workshops are held throughout the year at various locations in the state for the 151 local chapters. Speakers and instructors are retained. Training & updates are given on horticulture and environment issues.
scholarships - scholarships are awarded during the year in the fields of horticulture and environment. A special committee is appointed to review all applications received and to award the scholarships.
news leaf - a monthly publication is mailed to the 6500 members of the local chapters to inform and update them on community and state projects, achievements, workshops, seminars, schools, etc. The publication includes educational articles.
