Hello.
I was a board member of FYSIS Inc, I served for 1 1/2 years. I was unlawfully terminated. I was put down by the staff stating that the organization would be a better place without me. I am still being harassed by FYSIS staff over email after over a month and a half after being unlawfully terminated. My legal team has asked them several times to stop harassing me, however, their downright disobedience to the law has stopped them from complying. They keep the board of directors of state records after they ask to leave and make it very clear that they want to be removed from the state record. I have seen corruption within FYSIS and fraud with taxes and donations.
As a nonprofit run by kids, I believe that they need to fix their problems or dissolve.
