Causes: Arts & Culture, Performing Arts
Mission: To ignite a passion for theatre arts in youth and adults in Connecticut.
Results: Since its incorporation in 2019, FUSE Theatre of CT has produced two virtual productions, including an original musical version of Shakespeare's 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' (now available to educators and anyone else who loves Shakespeare and musicals and a live Broadway revue. During the pandemic, we also offered free virtual courses in Shakespeare to teens. We are now preparing to launch our first live season of three shows, a play for teens and college-age adults, a children's musical led by arts & education career-minded college students and a musical for adult performers.
