Programs: Conservation program - includes the ownership of 416 acres of woods and farmland in north bennington, vermont and its environs, widely used by community members for walking, running, birdwatching, and cross-country skiing. The fund has set aside monies for conservation of important lands in the village of north bennington, and holds conservation easements on land. The left bank property, which was acquired and renovated as a means of enhancing the vitality of the village's main street, was rented all year.
