Mission: To provide elderly or disabled persons with housing facilities and services specially designated to meet their physical, social, and psychological needs, and to promote their health, security, happiness, and usefulness in longer living, the charges for such facilities and services to be predicted upon the provision, maintenance, and operation thereof on a non-profit basis.
Programs: The project is an apartment complex that consists of 30 units located in caldwell, idaho. The units are leased to tenants under lease terms of twelve months for lower income elderly or disabled persons pursuant to section 8 and 202 of the national housing act.
