Nonprofit Overview
Mission: The Friends of the Williamson County Public Library (Friends of the WCPL) is dedicated to the advancement of our community through its library. Friends’ contributions, fund-raising activities, and volunteer efforts support adult and youth programs, maintain and increase collections, and provide new technologies, equipment and other improvements.
Programs: The Friends conduct three book sales annually. All workers for the book sales, including book sorting and organizing done prior, are volunteers. All materials sold are donated by the public. The book sale is held in the library meeting room, and the space is provided to the Friends free of charge.
