Mission: To financially support and to actively promote the function, services programs, and staff of the norman public library (city of norman, oklahoma); and to provide liaison between community, library, and staff.
Programs: The collection of membership dues along with the sales of donated books allow the organization to make cash contributions to the norman public library. Funds received by norman public library shall be used for books and programs which supports a community of approximately 100,000 in population. The cash contribution made for year ending 6/30/2017 was 0. 00. The construction of a new public library facility has just begun and normal contributions were delayed until future needs can be assessed more accurately. A formal request and payment were completed after the fiscal year end and will be reflected in the next filing period.
