Mission: To aid and promote the activities of the franklin county florida public library through volunteer time, direct financial support, and increase the librarys resources by stimulating gifts, endowments and bequests to the library.
Programs: A summer youth reading and music program was used to give students a chance to participate in summer youth activities.
