Mission: Fotc was established to work in partnership with congolese human rights and grassroots institutions in 2004 to bring about peaceful and lasting change in the democratic republic of congo
Programs: Fotc organizes education campaigns with students and individuals throughout the globe raising awareness about the challenge of the congo. A breaking the silence tour across the united states and canada is produced featruing congolese nationals. Fotc works in coalition with other non-profit organizations addressing the issues. Since 2008, fotc has organized congo week including congo in harlem in 60 countries and over 300 university and communities in the us and the world.
