Friends of Mark Twain does not share written copies of their by laws with the Mark Twain community who request a copy. The by laws appear to be less than fair and never voted on by the membership.
Several FOMT meetings were advertised, but no officers came to the meetings while some community waited. These meetings never came off in room 131 as published.
