Mission: The friends of hopelands and rye patch provide advice to the city of aiken and raise funds for the preservation, improvement and use of the properties to be enjoyed by aiken's residents and visitors.
Programs: The organization continues to provide volunteers and funding to maintain and enhance the property owned by the city of aiken, south carolina. These include a park and gardens, a meeting and welcome center and a museum. The city estimates that over 70,ooo people visit these sites each year. Completed the restoration of rye patch stables.
