Causes: Sports, Swimming & Other Water Recreation
Mission: Friends of concord crew was founded to promote the sport of rowing amoung high school athletes in the greater concord area.
Programs: To provide high school students the opportunity to experience the sport of rowing including competition, team building, fitness, community service and fun. We participate and attend various regatta races each year. All students compete on a equal basis and all participate. There are no "benched" students. Friends of concord crew raise funds in order to purchase equipment and to pay for operating costs of the program. Our boathouse is located on the shores of the merrimack river near the everett arena on loudon road, concord on leased property.
