Fresh Start For All Nations

Programs: Fresh start domestic. Fresh start has a weekly meeting at covenant presbyterian church in omaha, ne. This meeting is an outreach to our city and region. The meeting includes testimonies of those who have experienced a fresh start for their hearts and also the meeting provides opportunity for men's, women's and teen groups where the participants process the issues of their hearts for the purpose of resolving offenses, hurts, and losses. There is also an educational component to the evening where our freedom curriculum is presented for those not in a small group. This curriculum addresses issues of unforgiveness, rejection, shame, anger and other potential unresolved issues of the heart. Also, as a part of fresh start omaha, we have a fresh start team that ministers weekly at douglas county corrections, hope center for kids, abide network, cross training center and more. Fresh start also provides the opportunity for men, women, and young people to receive individual, pre-marriage, marriage and family (including teens and children) biblical discipleship for their hearts and relationships. Once again, this biblical discipleship aspect of fresh start connects with the above-stated main purpose. Many of our fresh start volunteer team is involved in this aspect of our mission. Some of the meetings for fresh start biblical discipleship are held each wednesday at the step up to life offices in elkhorn, ne (where fresh start for all nations has office space). However, meetings of this type take place throughout the week in other locations.

fresh start international. Fresh start also has a national and international component in keeping with our fresh start for every heart mission. Our focus for this aspect of fresh start for all nations is investing in the hearts and relationships of leaders, and helping them develop fresh start ministries in their locations. In 2014 our international outreach missions included various cities in africa, asia, mexico, and central america.
