Nonprofit Overview

Causes: Homeless & Housing, Homeless Centers, Human Services, Job Training

Mission: Francis House, founded in 1970, has served as a beacon of hope for those who suffer the ravages of poverty or the experience of isolation from society. We consider our most important product to be personal attention, which is the first step toward building a sense of community for those who are dispossessed in our communities. We consider this isolation the greatest contributing factor toward homelessness and poverty. In addition to emergency vouchers for transportion, shelter, and IDs, we also provide housing and supportive employment services.
