provide a tenant-based housing program with maintained and secured housing for approximately 250 families by providing assistance with housing inspections, negotiations with landlords, securing leases and financial assistance with rent, mortgage and utility payments.
provide quality primary and preventative care to more than 6,100 insured, un-insured and under insured adults and children regardless of their ability to pay.
