Mission: To aid, assist, promote and support improving organizations concerned with health care planning and health care activities; to benefit publicly supported charitable organizations, which engage in health care planning in central new york; and to promote and encourage the public's understanding of organizations concerned with health care planning and utilization of alternate health care systems.
Programs: Connecting for better health conferences are held annually to highlight best practices in areas of health information technology, innovation and collaboration, and current initiatives in central new york. The conference was not held in 2014.
