family and individual support services - the organization has a contract with mdh to provide assistance to people with disabilities through an array of services so that they can continue to reside within their own homes, and maximize their level of independence in the community. The family and individual support services program enables a family to provide for the needs of an individual with developmental disabilities living at home. Services are to be flexible and dynamic to meet the needs of families desiring specific areas of support and for those who have changing needs; therefore, costs may vary from family to family.
