Mission: The organization promotes economic, industrial, health care and community development for the city of huron, beadle county and the surrounding area. This is done to expand to economic base and quality of life to the people of the community/area.
Programs: To provide assitance to individuals and business who will provide new jobs or expand their present workforce in the community and surrounding area.
