Programs: Forsyth development foundation leases affordable rental units known as riverview villa from the city of forsyth, mt. These 50 units are rented to residents who are 55 and older. In addition, the foundation leases affordable rental units known as antelope creek. These units are available to families who do not have the 55 or older desgination. Additionally, the organizatioin has a convention area that is available to the local area for use.
