In response to the poster complaining about customer service at KWFC baseball. The league is a not-for-profit and all personell involved are unpaid volunteers. Perhaps instead of looking at a volunteer coach's shortcomings as a customer service issue to be argued about with volunteer league officials, one should have gotten down from their soap box in the bleachers (or in their car) and gotten out there on the field and helped the coach. Parents like this typically are complaining that their "above average" player, a designation based on the parents assessment of their sons skills, isn't getting to play short stop enough -or- that little Johnny didn't get his favorite #7 on his jersey.

We had a terrible experience with Forest Cove Baseball, all the way from VP to the rude guy answering phone calls, to the coach. Writing this review in hopes of sparing someone else the pain of dealing with them. Our coach was awful; the league did not seem to care and had very poor customer service. We have been involved with many sports In the past and have never experienced this kind of disorganization, incompetence, and very poor customer service. Try East Montgomery County Sports Association. Great customer service!
