Mission: To improve the health of our wider rural community and to serve as the independent provider of choice by offering comprehensive healthcare services to all area residents without regard to insurance or income.
Programs: Fordland clinic provides comprehensive medical, dental, mental health and wellness services to area residents without regards to insurance or the ability to pay. With services offered on a sliding fee schedule, fordland clinic provided over 287,000 in discounted medical care services to patients in 2014. Fordland clinic is the medical home for many who would not otherwise receive care due to the remoteness of the rural area in which they live, lack of insurance, or financial circumstances. In 2014, fordland clinic served 6,052 patients for a total 14,003 healthcare visits.
