Nonprofit Overview
Causes: Health, Health (General & Financing)
Mission: For the Love of Grace is a Colorado based 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. We assist families who have a seriously ill child by providing financial and emotional support. Our goal is simply to alleviate families’ burdens in any way possible. By doing this we hope to show Christ to these families and love them in a way that honors Him.
Results: As of the end of 2013 we have helped 58 families through individual financial assitance and 125 families through our gift card program.
Target demographics: families with hopsitalized children and/or that have an ongoing illness.
Direct beneficiaries per year: 14 families and many more through outreaches and our NICU gift card program.
Geographic areas served: the Denver area
Programs: Financial assistance for expenses like heat, rent, electric, food. We also have a meals program and provide outreaches such as Adopt a family for Christmas and an annual Celebration of Life event. We have painting outreaches at Children's Hospital Colorado several times a year as well.
