Causes: Food, Food Programs
Mission: To encourage social empowerment through the growing and sharing of fresh food.
Results: - Over the past 7+ years 40,000+ pounds of fresh, local food gleaned and distributed to the hungriest parts of our community. - Tens of thousands of packets of seeds given to the community. - Over 20,000 pounds of locally-built soil given. - Over 150 wooden garden boxes delivered during the pandemic that included soil, seeds, plant starts, and resources. - New in 2021 a space where we can host workshops and sell locally-made goods!
