the focus level ii therapeutic group home is a residential program for five dcf referred adolescent males ages 14 to 21 with autism spectrum disorders and histories of trauma/abuse. The program is an intensely clinical program that addresses the social, emotional and mental health needs of each adolescent. The program incorporates life and social skills training, education and employment supports and helps prepare each resident for a more independent life beyond the program.
the focus supportive housing program is a residential program for six dhmas referred young adult males ages 18 to 25 with an autism spectrum diagnosis and histories of trauma and mental health issues. The program offers 24/7 supported apartment living and is designed to be a part of the focus continuum of care which provides training and supports to young adults seeking to live as independently as possible.
