Mission: To empower low income and minority communities by attracting investments for health, education, minority home ownership, employment, and minority entrepreneurship using a holistic advocacy approach.
Programs: Assets and hope initiative: provide resources, training, advocacy in the area of community reinvestment and revitalization for florida's minority and underserved communities. In 2014, twenty-six donated homes in underserved communities were refurbished and subsequently sold at affordable prices to members of that community including veterans, single mothers, seniors, lgbt and minorities. This investment in these minority neighborhoods has resulted in an average home value increase of 32% to over 6,500 homes located in minority neighborhoods.

This charity does not pay its contractors who represent the very target groups it claims to represent. To date, there are three known organizations that have been refused payments for work performed. The organization also submits inaccurate and apparently inflated budgets in attempts to cover its tracks. In addition, the board of directors are slow to respond to claims made by its contractors. FMCRC is a shameful display of supposed community development.
To the contractor that is a coward and LIAR that states we do not pay contractors. You are a pathetic LIAR and if this is who I think it is there is a reason why you have no work and I fired you. Because you are a LIAR and your work is always out of code and horrible. We have over 20 contractors we work with and pay well and ON TIME. The ONLY one complaining is you because you got FIRED and are a Liar and a coward!!!!
