Mission: Florida coastal cocker rescue (FCCR) is a non-profit organization located in SW Florida. We are dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and re-homing cocker spaniels throughout the state of Florida and neighboring states. We rely 100% on donations and volunteers to help us take care of our dogs. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccines and rabies, heartworm tested, flea and heartworm treatment, and microchipped. Fccr carefully screens all of our potential furever and foster homes to ensure that our pups will have safe and loving homes. Some of our dogs come from shelters and abusive situations and we want to make sure that they will only see love the rest of their lives.
Results: In 2021, FCCR rescued 273 dogs and rehomed 247 dogs.
Programs: Rescue, rehabilitation, rehome & provide medical/veterinary and overall care to dogs (primarily of the cocker spaniel breed)all within a loving and caring home environment through foster volunteers.
