Mission: To support the mission of promoting and facilitating quality health care facilities and health and human services programs, such as assisted living, primary health care, and state and federal health care education grant programs, in fisher county and surrounding areas.
Programs: Assisted living - operated a free standing, 14 unit assisted living facility that is fully operational, housing residents, and assisting in their daily needs. 20 residents were helped during 2017.
