Nonprofit Overview
Mission: The mission of 1st Way is to provide education and assistance to any woman or teen who is pregnant or thinks she may be. This is accomplished through the free, loving and nonjudgmental provision of information, counseling and practical services.
Geographic areas served: Phoenix metropolitan area
Programs: The organization provided counseling, pregnancy testing, free untrasonic services, baby clothing , maternity clothing to our clients throughout the entire year. We saw approximately 10,000 womenduring our fiscal year and provided the services that we state in our mission statement. Additionally we continued to provide support for our mobile counseling and ultrasound unit that provided students with the counseling and testing services. Our programs encompass that sstress abstinence and health information for the mother and the options of keeping the baby or putting the baby up for adoption. We also counsel abortion minded women and also post abortion counseling in or facility.
