Programs: Operate an apprenticeship and training program to improve the knowledge and training among members of the various industries in the painting and allied trades; that will encourage entry into these trades of all individuals so desiring; which trains members to skillfully carry out the duties of painting and allied trade positions in the various industries; which addresses developments in technology and application of new products; and which ensures that all such training and apprenticeship programs are undertaken at the highest level of quality.
