I recently participated at a packing event in December and it was a blast! My family and I had been to a few other Feeding Children Everywhere events separately so the Holiday Hunger Project was a great event for all of us to work together. It was a beautiful day out, the staff was very attentive and the music was loud! The staff told us that the meals that they packed were going to local food pantries around town, which made us all feel great because we were making a difference in our city! I will definitely be coming back to their next event :-) !!!
I’ve had the pleasure of being on staff at Feeding Children Everywhere for a year and a half. In this time I experienced a change in management. Our current leader inspires and continually develops the team that already has such heart for the mission. Across all levels of the team there is an understanding that it’s going to be people first. The forefront thought is always, how can we best serve our recipients? There is such a commitment to the mission of serving others and helping create a hunger-free world. It’s easy to fall in love with the movement that is happening at Feeding Children Everywhere.
My experience with Feeding Children Everywhere was exceptional. Trying to plan a volunteer event for hundreds of high school students was overwhelming and very time consuming until we partnered with this organization. They were easy to work with, set everything up for us and our students had a fantastic experience -- they wanted to keep going! My favorite part was hearing about the impact the meals we packaged would have for the local community group we were donating to. Would absolutely recommend this volunteer experience to any corporation, school or group of people looking to volunteer, give back and have fun while you do it.

This is an amazing organization dedicated to help those ones that are most vulnerable:our children. I voluntered with them to help feeding children In Venezuela, my native country. It felt so good to be able to collaborate to make those children’s lives more comfortable.

Hi I don't no were to begin but here goes I was living with my partner happy with my 2 children all was good until 1 night he came in paralytic and beat me and my son up I have fleet him with kids but now awaiting to get benefits n stuff is so so hard I am asking if anyone can kindly please help us out with food I haven't ate properly for 2 days I don't mind going without as long as kids eat they had noodles last night and have gone to school without brekki I no everyone will say am bad perent for uprooting kids and bringing them into this situation hopefully things will get better am so sorry to ask for help but I really don't no what else to do
I started as an intern here in 2013 and immediately fell in love with their mission. 3 years later, I am still continually amazed by the people here and the work that they do. Although FCE is incredibly fast-growing, they still take time to care deeply about the heart of their mission: people. They invest in their intern program, staff and volunteers. They're committed to providing a fun, impactful experience for all volunteers and in turn- really truly make a difference all around the world. I've seen first-hand the impact that the meals they're packaging make in the lives of those they serve and can fully attest to the validity of life change that is happening because of FCE.
While I respect the organization and all it stands for I recently interviewed with Feeding Children Everywhere. The hiring staff struck me as unprofessional, neglecting basic interview tasks as simple as reading a physical copy of a resume. I would not feel comfortable working amongst a group of individuals that lacked such basic ettiquette. In an internship position, I would hope to grow and thrive from my employers. However, I do not believe this is possible in an environment where so many unprofessional tactics are in plain sight.
Feeding Children Everywhere not only feed hungry people, but do it with smiles on their face and have a great time doing it! I was fortunate enough to be an intern for a semester and it was one of the best experiences I have had at an internship and a nonprofit. The atmosphere at Hunger Projects is exciting and fast paced. You don't just give money, you are on the line packaging the meals to be shipped around the world! It's a wonderful place with an even better mission. I hope one day they expand to more locations.

I was very impressed with the people and the company. Everyone I worked with is very positive and helpful. I learned some neat things while interning there too. I really liked interning with this non-profit because they do so much good both in the community, and abroad. It was fun and gratifying to be apart of the cause to provide food for children in need all around the world. Feeding Children Everywhere works with several groups and schools in Florida to provide meals to children in need. Feeding Children Everywhere also provides food to many communities around the country by holding hunger projects and delivering the food to their cities. They have even shipped food into other countries!! The CEO has big plans for the company and I think they will keep growing and continue to reach more people.
The hunger projects really are a blast! And are for a great cause! Overall, I had a great experience with Feeding Children Everywhere.
As a volunteer I was able to witness how much passion Feeding Children Everywhere has for helping children domestically and around the world. The employees are motivated by the love of Christ and for people. I have had the opportunity to volunteer with Feeding Children Everywhere on serval occasions. I absolutely love this charity and everything they stand for! To know that they truly believe we can see the end of child hungry, and they give you an opportunity to be a part of the solution. It really is life changing!
Giving up an hour or two of my day to volunteer at a hungry project has been some of my favorite moments. Their passion is contagious. So do yourself a favor and sign up for a hungry project. Trust me you won't regret it, I know I haven't.
I've worked with many non profits and love volunteering, but I have to say this organization is unlike any other! I enjoyed the energy, music, fun, and meaning behind the packing event I attended. The staff was friendly, excited, and helped set the tone for a VERY memorable day! It's incredible to be able to use my hands to make a difference! The meals I helped package were planned to stay in the US, which I personally appreciated, as there are hungry people here too!
I would recommend any family to take part in this! They even had a place for kids to write messages to the children receiving the meals...how cute!
Feeding Children Everywhere has stated their mission as “a social charity that empowers and mobilizes people to assemble healthy meals for hungry children.” No other non-profit organization to date has completely driven me to focus my efforts to meet their mission to the best of my abilities as Feeding Children Everywhere has. In the same sense, no organization, non-profit or for-profit, has completely driven me away from ever giving another dollar to their organization.
The executive staff of this company (controller excluded) have created such a poor working environment for the staff involved that they have witnessed immense turnover throughout the past year (regarding staff, excluding interns). The number of staff leaving the organization continues to grow each month, forcing Feeding Children Everywhere to waste donated dollars on cleaning up their poor business practices.
In addition to being responsible for the high turnover rate, executives of this organization continue to use donated funds to partake in excessive trips and stays, highly compensate themselves and severely underpay staff, and purchase unnecessary equipment using the “hungry children” as a facade for their selfish intentions. Their lack of focus on growing the company and intense focus on themselves will continue to drive this company away from their mission. A significant restructuring of the executive staff would be in not only the best interest of the board of directors, but also to all of those individuals who believe their money is being put to the best use possible.
I would highly recommend that any corporation (Chase, BOA, Kforce, etc.) or individual associating with Feeding Children Everywhere take a step back and consider if they want to be connected to an organization such as Feeding Children Everywhere.
I was recently an intern and during my time there, I saw many changes with the staff which were very distracting and didn't seem to make sense. The CEO and his two favorite employees who work directly under him seem to love to make hasty decisions, driving their best employees out of the company. A lot of these foremer staff members had a lot to offer, but were driven out to make way for new things, which weren't necessarily the best things for the company. I feel like this organization will be run to the ground if there isn't any order. I am happy my internship there ended because I saw many things I did not like.
I really enjoyed my time volunteering for this organization. The staff was very friendly and I loved how the entire venue was full of color and great music!

Volunteering with Feeding Children Everywhere since October 2012 has been an amazing experience. This organization truly wants to end the hunger epidemic, both internationally and domestically. As a volunteer, I feel as though I am helping them achieve that goal by using my hands to package these healthy meals for hungry children. Every event is so different in its own little way and I always leave the hunger projects feeling accomplished and empowered. Not to mention, each hunger project is so high-energy that you can't leave them without a smile on your face! :)

Every time I spent volunteering with Feeding Children Everywhere was a blessing to myself and to those I have helped by volunteering. I have never been with an organization that is so involved and passionate about their mission and devotes all resources and time to eliminating world hunger. They cherish what they have accomplished but are never satisfied with the meals they have packed until childhood hunger has come to an end. Not only are their Hunger Projects and extremely fun and high paced party-like event, you are literally feeding thousands of kids just by attending for an hour! What other organization can involve teamwork, education, fun, and community service in one event?!

As an intern, I feel so blessed to have these experiences with them, and to be at these events and see the joy on people's faces whom we inspire to do more. It was with a church with people ages 3 to about 90, and everyone was just so inspired and happy to be making a difference in the lives of hungry children. As a Feeding Children Everywhere employee, I love seeing first-hand the impact that our Hunger Projects have on the local community and around the world. I love getting emails and Facebook messages with pictures of organizations in Haiti making our meal a part of their program or just meeting someone and seeing their eyes light up when I explain what I do for a living and asking for ways in which they can become involved. Our Hunger Projects are a great way to empower the community into making a difference and giving back and I love being able to cheer on groups of people as they leave their mark in the world.

Their meal is very healthy and easy to package. I have attended their upbeat and empowering Hunger Projects and within an hour I helped package over 10,000 meals. Feeding Children Everywhere is working to not only end child hunger but to mobilize others to do so. This organization will bring out the best in every person. Feeding Children Everywhere was my first internship experience and I could not picture a more perfect start to my professional development. The staff were full of love, passion and creativity every day. Their motivation to do greater things never died down. The organization itself is booming and going great distances. I was an intern during their launch of US Hunger and I could not be more proud of the great things they are going to accomplish. Every event is full of energy, empowerment and love and at the same time ending world hunger. I really do believe one day they will have fed children EVERYWHERE!!!
