Programs: Thrift store program: program continues to increase with repeat customers and new corporate relationships; to include liquidation outlets and minor league sporting teams. Networking opportunities allows for greater exposure of programs. Items received from new donors sold at below-market cost and used to operate program.
community involvement: consistently providing book bags, sneakers, school supplies, and christmas toys to include boxes of food per individual. Assisted families with food, clothing, and home repair items donations received from local businesses and new sporting team donors. Re-organizing tutorial and after-school programs.
food pantry/ebt program: with inception of ebt program,31% increase in the number of individuals and families serviced. However, significant decrease in food donations, and a high percentage of food spoilage.
