Mission: The association provides educational programs on subject of interest to its membership, representation of its members before governmental agencies and legislative bodies, and disseminates information about federal and state programs and how to comply with them, with particular emphasis on work force compliance.
Programs: Providing information to employers and workers in service industries including the publication of member program guide books, making available pre-printed u. S. Government forms related to the h2b program. Other benefits include: industry related legislative and immigration updates, translation and interpreting documents, educational and informational publications to worker and employer members, annual educational conferences, webinars, legal information provided by staff attorneys, research and worker relief programs. Fewa has apporximately 300 employer members and 3,000 worker members.
