Results: Focus Areas Favor Academy of Excellence (FAE) is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization which was created to support students at risk of not completing school with high quality educational support programs. FAE has three areas of focus: 1. Teenage Mothers and Fathers - We are committed to helping young parents who enter the program complete their High School Diploma or Graduate Equivalency Diploma (GED) requirements and transition into an institution for higher education or directly into a career field of choice 2. Students with Economic Disadvantages- FAE recognizes that students whose families lack funding to supplement their academic deficits or address continued behavioral concerns when necessary, are more prone to having students exhibit continued struggles in school. These students also have a higher propensity to drop-out of school. 3. Supporting High Needs Communities - through efforts that educate on social, educational and environmental risk factors. FAE advocates for students at-risk, through continued promotion of programs that increase knowledge and provide access to resources in high needs communities.
