Child abuse prevention and treatment is this organization's mission and expertise. I have personally witnessed traumatized children, and adults who were traumatized as children, transform their lives from being victims to restoring meaning and love in their lives.

I see the children from Family Resources' BJWL Children's Program at Sheldon Park playing outside so many days. The staff is wonderful and attentive. They specialize in story circles and Math games to help the kids learn. The walls are covered with children's art work. They have very little money because the program is operated in the housing projects where the kids are the poorest. A fun program with lots of hlep for children!

This agency runs the after-school programs for kids. I love it! My daughter goes to BJWL every day and she loves the people and the program.

She gets help with her homework and she reads stories. Every child gets a hot meal for dinner. My daughter likes the arts & crafts and Fun Fridays.

My daughter got better grades this quarter because she goes tot he BJWL after-school program.
