Mission: The mission of family health centers of southwest florida, inc is to provide high quality health care services accessible to all people, but significantly servicing lower income patients. Family health centers is a medicaid provider and a fqhc.
Programs: The organization provided quality medical, dental, and ancilliary services to patients as follows: medical services were provided to 61,276 patients with total of 169,457 patient visits. Dental services were provided to 28,793 patients with a total of 101,241 patient visits. Optometry services were provided to 385 patients with a total of 391 patient visits. Patients were seen regardless of their ability to pay. A discounted fee schedule is used, based on the federal poverty guidelines, to determine the amount due from qualifying patients.
