Causes: Children & Youth, Christianity, Protestant, Religion, Youth Development - Religious Leadership
Mission: Family fest presents a variety of family services including family camps, family mission trips, retreats for engaged and married couples, youth retreats, youth worker training, pastoral ministry training, family service opportunities and cooperative church programs. Over 1,000 families have been served by our programs.
Programs: Family camps: in 2017 family fest ministries operated three family camps that involved approximately 260 families (about 1200 participants) along with nearly 125 volunteers. These three and five day camps provided families an opportunity to grow closer together as they explored and strengthened their faith in god.
marriage booster retreats: family fest held several marriage booster and marriage launcher retreats in 2017. The purpose of these day-long retreats is to strenghten marriages and to get marriages off on the right foot. In 2017 over 250 couples participated in one of the retreats.
jr & sr high ministry programs: family fest operated and participated in two camps for junior and senior high youth in 2017. These camps included bible studies, camping trips and large group programs.
all other programs include family mission trips, pastoral ministry training, church staff training, family service opportunities and cooperative church programs.
