Mission: To provide information and education about specialty crops in our area and provide access to those specialty crops.
Programs: In person classes covering various crop growing and food preparation techniques. 87 classes were held with participation ranging from 4 to 25 participants. No direct costs were incurred, but location and labor were provided.
