Mission: The mission of Faith in Action: Interfaith Volunteer Caregivers of Solano County is to promote the independence, end the isolation, and sustain the dignity of homebound frail elders, seniors with cancer and other chronic illnesses, seniors with disabilities, and their family caregivers throughout Solano County
Results: trained nearly 3,000 volunteers, helped more than 6,500 homebound seniors, provide 96,000 1-way rides more than 125,000 phone reassurance calls; 48,000 home visit hours provided.
