Programs: Fairhaven corporation is a non-profit continuing care retirement community related to the wisconsin conference of the united church of christ, located in whitewater, wisconsin. Fairhaven's main campus includes independent apartments, assisted living, supportive living, memory care, and the health and rehabilitation center offering skilled nursing care. Fairhaven offers life lease entrance fee and monthly fee agreements and is licensed for 180 community based residential care beds, consisting of 112 apartments and 23 assisted living units. It also holds a licensure for an 84 bed skilled nursing facility and a 24 bed memory care residence called hearthstone. In 2006, the organization began construction of prairie village, an independent patio home community for those 55 and older located one mile from the main campus. For the year ended december 31, 2014, 36 of the duplex units were in use.
nursing scholarships: provide financial support through scholarships to employees obtaining a higher level of certification in the nursing field.
