Causes: Crime & Law, Crime Prevention

Mission: Fairfield behavorial health services (fbhs) is a non-profit outpatient treatment facility. One of 32 county substance abuse authorities created by the south carolina act of 1973. In 1979, fairfield county designated fbhs as the sole county authority for alcohol and drug abuse services. Fbhs is accredited by the commission on accreditation for rehabilitation facilities (carf), licensed by dhec and partners with the sc daodas, the behavorial health services association, united way of the midlands, fairfield county chamber of commerce, university of south carolina, winnsboro rotary club, fairfield community coordinating council, faith based community and many others.
