The association maintains an in-house security staff which provies 24/7 security patrol within the community. The security director monitors all security activities affecting the association.
maintenance of common areas and recreational facilities: the association owns and maintains monument signs, various recreational facilities for use by its members and guests. These include 360 acres of greenbelts, maintenance of five tennis courts, two community lakes, clubhouse, and recreation areas including a playground and 15 acre park.
maintenance of roads and street lights: the association maintains 13 miles of roads and street lights within the association. The roads are used by members and the general public as they access the equestrian facilities. Such maintenance functions are normally performed by governmental entities.
