Mission: To keep missouri's electrical rates fair and affordable through educating the general public and public policy makers about the impact of utility rates on business and residential consumers.
Programs: Engage in public policy maker education by maintaining and operating a web page describing the impacts of various policies on electricity rates. Also, engaging in public advertising aimed at educating the public regarding the impacts of various policies on missouri taxpayers.
