I have been volunteer for 5 years and watched this organization flounder for the last two years. In that time they have hired 4 different law firms, had 300% turnover among dog training staff, paid over $100,000 in legal and court fees, been late filing their 990's, filed a lawsuit against thier puppy raising volunteers and not placed a single guide dog since August 2007. The National Federation for the Blind featured EDF in thier December 2008 edition. Link below: http://www.nfb.org/images/nfb/Publications/bm/bm08/bm0811/bm0811tc.htm
