Stehp provides funds for case management, mental health counseling, and maintenance and operations for the etc homeless shelter. Stehp prevention was added in 2013 and provides for assistance to households being faced with an eviction.
(path) projects for assistance in transition from homelessnessthe path program is a homelessness intervention program which assits those living in a homeless situation either in places not meant for human habitation or those living in hotels and motels in transitioning to permanent stable housing.
